By using this website, requesting a commission or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following terms.

Website Use

This website may be used for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, damage, misuse or interfere with the website, its artwork or its services.

Custom Commissions

The portrait details, price, required payment, estimated completion time and included revisions will be confirmed before work begins. Completion dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments

Prices and payment requirements will be displayed at checkout or included in your personal quotation. Work may not begin until the required payment has been received.

Reference Photographs

You must have permission to submit photographs for a commission. Daria Artist may decline photographs or requests that are unsuitable, unlawful or outside the available service.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Delivery estimates may be affected by couriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside Daria Artist’s control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Custom commissions may become non-refundable after work has begun. Other cancellations, returns and refunds will be handled according to the order circumstances and applicable law.

Artwork and Copyright

Purchasing an original or commissioned portrait does not transfer reproduction, licensing or commercial-use rights unless this is agreed separately in writing.

Liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website and services available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
