Custom Commissions
Commission details, price, deposit, completion estimate and included revisions will be confirmed before work begins. Timelines are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments
Prices and payment requirements are shown at checkout or in the personal quotation. Orders or commissions may not begin until the required payment has been received.
Delivery
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Delivery dates may be affected by couriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside Daría Artist’s control.
Cancellations & Refunds
Custom commissions may become non-refundable after work begins. Shop returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the order circumstances and applicable law.
Reference Photographs
You must have permission to submit photographs used for a commission. Daría Artist may decline images or requests that are unsuitable, unlawful or outside the available service.
Artwork & Copyright
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, buying an original or commissioned portrait does not transfer reproduction, licensing or commercial-use rights.
Liability
The website is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
